lions and tigers and bears – OH MY!

Wicked was absofrickenlutely fantabulous! Oh my gosh – talk about unbelievable in every sense of the word! Unbelievable set! Unbelievable singing! And unbelievably great story about the 2 witches of Oz. My family and I set out to Hollywood for the 8:00PM show at the Pantages Theater. The theater was crazy cool. Just absolutely beautiful and dreamy. We had excellent seats on the floor – stage left and the sound was perfect. The singing – oh my gosh – it had to be the best musical I’ve seen live – but I haven’t yet made it to any of the shows on broadway so maybe I’m overspeaking a bit. I’ve listened to the soundtrack for Wicked a bajillion times. My neice performed countless numbers from the musical on her dance team – and the soundtrack is always playing somewhere in our house. Well – always is exaggerated a bit – but I’d say at least once or twice a week it plays. I kinda have a girl crush on Kristin Chenowith (spelling?). She is so perky and cute and her voice is on point all the time – but the girl that played her part tonight (GLENDA) did a really good job. And Oh My Gosh – the girl who played Elphaba (the “Wicked” witch), Eden Espinosa – holy cow batman! Her voice was MAGICAL to say the very very least. It was perfection, I’m telling you.

After the show I went straight to the vendor and bought the soundtrack (Remember what I said about me and musicals – we all saw that coming, didn’t we?) and a few other trinkets. I would have gone hog wild and bought the poster that had the autographs of the whole cast – in addition to the book that was there and cup – and key chain, too, but I held myself back. I don’t know how long it is going to be here (in LA) for – but I am so ready to go again and again and again! It was THAT good! I’m so glad I went.

When I got home (a few hours ago) I still couldn’t come down from my theater high I was on. I tried to watch an episode of 6 Feet Under with my older cousin who is visiting from College on her spring break, but she fell asleep (amateur!) and I’ve already watched the entire season. It’s one thing to watch it again with someone who hasn’t seen it – but to watch it again all by myself? Nah – been there done that. When I looked up at the clock I noticed that it was already 2:00AM. *yawn*. I should be heading to bed. I logged in to see if I could catch Mr. Italian Stallion who had set up a call with me – but I guess I missed him by 15 minutes. I’ll be on as available for a minute or two – but then I gotta get some shut eye. Just wanted to briefly come on in and let ya all know about the play. I can’t say enough about it. It was just marvelous and I’m so glad that I was able to go!

Have a great Wednesday everyone – and I’ll speak at/with you soon, I’m sure.

Nite Nite…remember – DEFY gravity! ;)

Well, since you do inspire me so completely, and due to the fact that your phone seems to ring so often that it was as if you’d posted an ad saying “if you fathered Anna Nicole’s baby, call NOW!”, I just figured i’d communicate this way for a while.
Here’s what makes your diary so readable:it’s “stream-of-consciousness meets controlled chaos-meets-I love life-meets- oh gosh!!-meets- sooner-or-later-it will all relate to getting off”- quality.
And in addition: the chapter titles are actually quite perfect in their (or should I say “there”?…..nah) simplicity. For instance, “My Wicked Thoughts”- love the double/triple entendre and it says so much. It’s the kind of “clever enough for the masses” headline that People Magazine based a publishing empire on; trust me, I’d know.
Anyway, that’s one of the big reasons that you make the blood in my body rush to……..to………..oops, gotta take this call.

I was waiting and waiting and WAITING for you to reply- PUPPY! (and yeah – I got it. LOL!). I have to admit that I take a bit of pride with my callers aptitude for – um – the english language? I’d like to think that I’m the only flirt that has such intelligent, wise, witty, and down right sexy callers – and you, my dear Puppy – are at the head of the pack. *wink wink nudge nudge say no mo say no mo*
Seriously – my chest is puffed out and I’m acting like a proud mama to have you here (hear?) in my comment section. It’s as though your intelligence level says something (positive) about mine! So yay! You’ve arrived and now hopefully you’ll grace my little comment BOX < (hehe) with your wordage from time to time.

And yeah - again - you get me. This is all but a stream of CeCe thought-isms - put into some sort of readable form for you to have a bit of insight into just who this "flirt" is. It's strange though - the more I share the more I want to and the more it scares me a bit. Sometimes I feel like I'm an open book - and I struggle to keep at least some of me under wraps. I know you know what I'm talkin about.
Double yes to the "somehow this is all going to get me off at a later time" quality. Just how my mind works - embarrassingly enough. I see things thru green horny spectacles most of the time - sure that all life is and all we experience is - just another opportunity to create a fantasy about it and have a mind blowing orgasm. So glad I have you here to assist me with - well - BOTH. :)

Yea, Wicked was wicked good. It was kind of slow at first, but it built up with time as the production went on. Did you see the traveling troupe or the one based on the west coast? I think one of my friends knows a few people in the production out that way. The green witch was played by Victoria Matlock, I think, in the version that I saw, and she was a hottie. :)
Now, you and Kylie “as twins in matching pigtails and schoolgirl skirts doing phone sex calls while we suck on lollipops or something”…yea…sign me up for tickets to THAT performance…LOL…

I’m still trying to get a hold of Miss Kylie about the possibility of doing a 2 girl call. I don’t know – maybe we should first start off by doing a recording or something? That could be really cool, I think. I don’t know how we could arrange a 2 girl call – but hell – from all the inquiries that I’ve gotten about it, it’s worth a go! So let me put you on the list under Joe – who apparently went to Kylie to put the idea in her head, too. (as if Kylie and I haven’t had the idea LOTS of times before this…).

Hmmmm…. this could be VERY naughty.

The show I went to, Hmmmmm, was the West Coast Troupe – and yeah – I found the wicked witch to be the better singer and performer. I liked “Gaaah-linda”, too, but I’m a Kristin whatsherface fan. It just seemed to me that the Gaaaaahlinda that I saw was trying really hard to be like her. And if you’re going to go cute, blonde, and obnoxious – who better to do that … and with much more believability than Kristin? Mmhm. Exactly.
