Like a train wreck is a good analogy. The guy scares me, Vanguard. He scares me and excites me at the same time. I've been watching quite a few "chef" reality shows lately and one thing bothers me. Wait - two things. 1 is that the chefs are always sweating and I can't help but wonder now how much sweat I'm eating in my food. The 2nd thing that bothers me is just how much these people cry. Big men just boo hooing and fainting and crying. Granted, I would cry, too - but only cuz I don't know my way around the kitchen if the only thing in it were an easy bake oven - actually that's a lie - but I am definitely not a Chef... these people are suppose to be professionals!
