		<description>yup.  Like a train wreck is a good analogy.  The guy scares me, Vanguard.  He scares me and excites me at the same time.  I&#039;ve been watching quite a few &quot;chef&quot; reality shows lately and one thing bothers me.  Wait - two things.  1 is that the chefs are always sweating and I can&#039;t help but wonder now how much sweat I&#039;m eating in my food.  The 2nd thing that bothers me is just how much these people cry.  Big men just boo hooing and fainting and crying.  Granted, I would cry, too - but only cuz I don&#039;t know my way around the kitchen if the only thing in it were an easy bake oven - actually that&#039;s a lie - but I am definitely not a Chef... these people are suppose to be professionals!  I just wanna scream at the tv, &quot;Man UP, bitches!&quot;
